To hell with optimists, be a little realistic!

In a box for so long and now that im out i feel petrified!
the world is not a friendly place
people aren't so nice
fear is a must have
money is an obligation
pride is non-existent
dignity is now where to be found
voices aren't heard
the strong overpower us
the weak pull us down
food is no longer a must, has turned into a burden
so iask myself if the world has turned so dark wats the point of living?
wats the point of ensuring its continuity?
the optimists shall say:"Darkness won't prevail, and there shall always be the flickering light by the end of the road.."
but wat if there isnt any light , wat if there isnt any hope left??
Logically speaking we should always consider the possibility that our hopeful expectations would fail us
that everything won't be alright, that people wont change and that it'll only get darker eventually!!
then wat?
what becomes of us?
...

the little box has never looked better before!!

to a hopefuly better '08, to a better you, to a safer place

not so LOUD anymore...

I hate to not agree... and I also pretty much hate to see a point to it all too!

Out of experience I know that when things are meant to be, however bad or however good, they are meant to be... What do I mean?

To be Logical, and religious, what God has written will happen, and to be a little cheesy, God is the light... when you truly believe in his existence you put your faith in him and he will be the light that give you that little bit of faith in the word... that's not optimistic that IS realistic... after all the good and the bad (the tests) are from him!

The world will never be a friendly place as long as it is full of tests to our faith, people will never be nice so long we only see the bad ones, and the problem is we only do, because they are the ones that affect us the most! Money doesn't have to be an obligation, it's your choice. Pride is something you conjure up for yourself... believe in its existence and it will be there. On the other hand I pretty much agree on the dignity part... we lost it long ago! You make your voice heard... hear it and it will be heard. Power is a way for people to overshadow their insecurities, and to an extent it IS human nature to crave for it, to want it...

And we ask, what's the point of living... maybe the most over asked question there is, it's tough to live in a corrupted world but look at it this way, at least you're not living it. Famine, Homelessness, depression, WAR! How much harder do you think it is for those living it?

It is dark out there but you make it brighter for yourself and the people around you, because god forbid we start living that darkness, then we should really ask ourselves "What becomes of us?"
